1. Services Offered

WildThing UK specialises in providing professional entertainment-based services, including but not limited to male and female strippers, dancers, and performers for private events such as parties, hen dos, stag dos, birthdays, and other celebrations. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Booking and Deposit Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid directly to the entertainer upon arrival, in cash, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received, and written confirmation has been provided by WildThing UK.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing a safe, respectful, and appropriate venue for the entertainer.
• Entertainers reserve the right to refuse services if they feel unsafe, threatened, or disrespected at the event.
• Any form of harassment, misconduct, or disruptive behaviour by guests will result in the immediate termination of services without a refund.

4. Changes and Cancellations

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable, including cancellations or changes to the booking.
• WildThing UK-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event we must cancel, we will offer a full refund of your deposit or provide a suitable alternative performer.

5. Entertainer Policies

• All entertainers adhere to professional standards and boundaries. Any inappropriate requests or actions may result in termination of services without a refund.
• Entertainers are independent contractors, and WildThing UK is not liable for their actions during an event.

6. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where WildThing UK cancels the booking.
• Refunds will not be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction or unmet expectations outside the agreed-upon services.

7. Use of Personal Information

Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for communication and service coordination, in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

• WildThing UK is not responsible for any property damage, personal injury, or incidents that occur during or as a result of the event.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safety and appropriateness of the event environment.

9. Compliance with Laws

WildThing UK ensures that all entertainment-based services comply with applicable local laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring the event complies with all venue rules, regulations, and legal requirements.

10. Amendments to Terms

WildThing UK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website and apply to all future bookings.
